As a customer service representative, you will help TurboTax customers by answering their questions concerning TurboTax products and tax return software. Most of these questions concern Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing and very basic Tax questions. We’ll give you amazing continuous training support for everything.

*Starting Wage $17.00 gross, with potential to earn up to a maximum of $18.50 per hour when meeting program proficiencies. (To qualify for $0.25 raise per cycle (every 15 days) you must work a minimum of 20 hours per week or minimum of 40 hours per cycle. $2.00 per hour Network Access and Processing Fee Applies.
**Receive the $400.00 paid training if the following criteria are met: Must complete all 5 days of training and graduate; Must work first week after training min 25 hours no missed shifts; First $200 will be paid out on first pay cycle; $200.00 in second pay cycle only if TNPS score is greater than 75
